Not at all. We welcome all levels. Each session is modified to meet you where you are — whether you’re just starting or you’ve been practicing for years.
Comfortable, breathable workout gear. Grip socks are required for class (we can provide them). Water and a towel help, too.
Classes book through our online portal. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid late fees. No-shows may incur extra charges.
